Design Process

Using a proven design process allows you to understand exactly what you should expect from us and what we need from you to complete your website on time, on budget and as exactly as you pictured it.

You can be confident in knowing our highly-refined process has helped our previous clients enjoy a stress-free, exciting relationship with us as we worked together to transform their business.

Our 10 Step Design Process:

1.) Initial Consultation – your relationship with us begins with this in depth first meeting (in-person or over the phone) where we discuss your expectations, your business and what you wish your membership website to achieve. We’ll share with you our experience with building successful memberships and what works for other membership site owners , so you know what’s possible!

2.) Membership Design Plan and Contract – the Membership Design Plan reflects what we believe you want to create and what we plan to do and deliver. Once we’re in agreement, we sign a contract to commence the project so that we’re both protected and we understand our mutual responsibilities.

2.1.) SEO Market Research (Optional) – you have the option of investing in our SEO Market Research services. We’ll perform indepth Keyword Research using 5 different sources and provide you with a comprehensive SEO Market Research report.

2.2.) Content Creation Training Course (Optional) – your next option is for getting help writing your content. Our Content Creation course teaches you the art of writing great content (copywriting) so your website engages directly with your visitors and gets the best results possible. This makes for an extremely powerful combination when combined with our SEO Market Research services.

3.) Content Consultation – we’ll meet with you to review your content and give you suggestions for making it even better, whether you’ve completed our Content Creation course or not.

4.) Content Creation – whether you get help writing your content or not, you send us what content you would like on your website, including any images, graphics and logos.

5.) Theme Selection & Customization – this is where we roll-up our sleeves and start designing your site. Using your input into Wordpress theme selection, we’ll install and customize your chosen theme and provide 3 rounds of design feedback and customization.

6.) Membership Site Creation – once we’ve mastered your design, we’ll create your membership site in adherence to our formal design standards.

7.) Draft Review – we’ll run your membership site through our quality control process and make sure your website is search engine friendly. Then we’ll walk through the entire membership site with you and get any final feedback you may have.

8.) Final Approval and Test – after your final approval of your new website, we’ll upload your website to your server and perform our final round of testing to make sure it works perfectly.

9.) Launching Your Membership Site – after everything is tested, we’ll tell the world about your new website: this includes registering your website with the major search engines and (optionally) announcing your website with a professional press release across the internet.

10.) Post Launch – after your new membership site goes live, we’ll be here to answer any questions you may have and to provide you with an initial amount of maintenance at no-charge (the amount of free maintenance you receive depends upon the exact details of your membership design package).

10.1) Traffic Generation Program (Optional) – you also have the option to participate in our Traffic Generation Program. This video based traffic service uses a leading edge content distribution service to drive traffic with video, audio, social bookmarking and social media sites.

10.2) Support & Maintenance (Optional) – you also have the option to have us provide you with Support & Maintenance. If you need changes to your membership site that you don’t feel comfortable making yourself or you need additional help, we have various plans and options available to suite your needs and budget.

10.3) Membership Site Management (Optional) – your final option when working with us is to have us provide complete management of your membership site. This includes ongoing content and member management (excludes content creation).
